75-minute Full Assessment Initial Session

A full assessment where we discuss your goals and lifestyles, assess health and medical history, diet history and other environmental backgrounds. We learn what makes you You. This is where we start tailoring the counseling plan specific for your success.

Two, 30-min Follow-up Sessions Each Month

We will together move towards your goals in two 30 min sessions each month. Each follow-up session will include a review of progress, successes, and strategies to move past obstacles.
